Did you receive a notice that your federal or state tax refund will be sent to the Oregon Child Support Program?
If so, here are a few important things to know:

We usually do not receive this money until 30 days after the date of the letter.

We will return to you any amount collected over the actual balance owed.

If you have questions about the letter you received, or if your refund has been intercepted but you are not the person who owes child support, please contact your local Child Support office and ask to speak to an enforcement Child Support Case Manager.
