There are rules that the Child Support Program must follow for every service provided to children and families. These rules are approved by the legislature and are used in all child support cases.
Program rules - Ensure that every action and administrative policy applied by the Child Support Program is consistent with Oregon state law.
Guideline rules - Determine how much money each parent should contribute for the care of their child.
